Our story

Named for Monica Brewster

Monica Brewster was highly respected by the local community, and the eatery is inspired by her life and spirit.

“Progressive for her time, innovative, creative and generous.”

Her greatest legacy is the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery, right next door.
